Endeavour is a retail-focused real estate development company located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Our principals have developed over $100 million worth of real estate projects in over twenty cities across the United States over the past 15 years.  The projects have included single tenant retail, multi-tenant retail, mixed-use projects -  in all types of marketplaces: urban, suburban and rural.  Currently, we are involved in over 35 development projects ranging in size from $500,000 to $20 million including retail, office and residential.

We have created a specific development infrastructure that has earned the company a reputation for responding quickly to client and tenant schedules. For example, we recently completed a free-standing 14,820 square foot Walgreens within four months (2 to 3 months faster than average) which earned high marks, not only from the real estate department but also from Walgreens’ operations and construction departments.
